Renovation of 56 units, scattered sites in New York, New York, through NYC HPD’s PLP program. Scope of work included upgrade of common areas, installation of the boiler system, installation of green energy efficiencies, new interior and exterior lighting, new plumbing fixtures, pipe installation, weather stripping and joint sealants, installation of new windows and repairs to the façade and chimney.
