Ebenezer Plaza is a three-phased project consisting of two city blocks in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, New York. The development has 523 units of affordable housing, 40,000 square feet of community facility in the form of House of Worship and 21,000 square feet of commercial/ retail space in total .
A joint venture with Evangelical Christian Crusade to develop 89 units of senior housing under the HPD SARA term sheet and 10,575 square feet of community facility space to be used as a senior center with the NYC Department of Aging.
Crown Heights Apartments is an 8 story, 145-unit development designed and built for low in come seniors. Apartment provides such amenities as a 24-hour reception desk, court yard and recreation space.
