North Core Studios is a 57-unit mid-rise building located in East New York, Brooklyn. The renovation work is funded by HPD under the Y15 Program. The scope of renovation work in the public areas consists of roof replacement, elevator replacement, new trash compactor and new aluminum entrance storefront. Work inside the apartments includes new windows, new intercom systems, new radiator valves, new LED light fixtures, new bathroom tile and new plumbing fixtures.
Earl Monroe Charter School – 647 Elton Street – When completed in early 2026, this 69,000-square-foot building will feature state-of-the-art athletic and learning environments, including an 8,000-square foot gymnasium, 27 regular and specialty classrooms, a library and media production studio and a dedicated broadcast studio with a green screen.
Bronx Academy of Promise Charter School — 1366 Cromwell — This 7-story building standing on a 50,959 sq foot lot will be the home of the Bronx Academy of Promise Charter School, which includes state- of- the -art educational classrooms and public assembly spaces.
The One Brooklyn Health System is the sponsor of a 15-million-dollar full demolition, abatement, and construction project which consists of a full build-out of two floors of the Inpatient Behavioral Health unit on the 5th & 6th floors of the Aaron building at Brookdale Hospital & Medical Center.
808 Cauldwell Avenue will be the new location for Legacy Charter School. The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 54,451 square feet, with 42,307 square feet designated for educational space. The project is scheduled to be completed summer of 2022
1114 Washington Avenue will be the home of a six story charter school. Construction to commence third quarter of 2019 and will be completed third quarter 2021.
The existing commercial structures at 15-20 Central Avenue, in Far Rockaway, will be converted into a six story Charter school. Work will consist of complete gut renovation to two (2) existing commercial buildings.

The sponsor of this project St marks Episcopal Church allowed for the development of 79 units of senior housing through the federally funded HUD 202 program on land that was owned by the church but underutilized.
