North Core Studios is a 57-unit mid-rise building located in East New York, Brooklyn. The renovation work is funded by HPD under the Y15 Program. The scope of renovation work in the public areas consists of roof replacement, elevator replacement, new trash compactor and new aluminum entrance storefront. Work inside the apartments includes new windows, new intercom systems, new radiator valves, new LED light fixtures, new bathroom tile and new plumbing fixtures.
